Fiend FolioCurse of the MasterCurse
Adds a style system for the floor that is influenced by Isaac's performance which is indicated by the crown on Isaac's head. The brighter it glows, the more style points currently held.

Style points range from 0 to 100 and have 4 stages based on the glow of the crown:
• 0-25: no glow
• 26-50 - slight glow
• 51-75 - brighter glow
• 76-100 - maximum glow

Isaac starts with 50 points at the beginning of the floor.

Dealing damage to enemies grants 10% of the dealt damage as style points. This is not limited by the enemy's max health. Taking damage takes away 25 points.

Items and pickups are rerolled into higher or lower quality ones based on the amount of style points.

Items are rerolled based on style points:
• 0-25: items with quality > 2 are rerolled to quality 0-2
• 26-74: items are not rerolled
• 75-100: items with quality < 2 are rerolled to quality 2-4

Pickups are either upgraded or downgraded to a stonger/weaker variant of themselves. This also includes Troll Bombs.
• 0-10: always downgrade
• 11-30: 50% chance to downgrade
• 31-60: pickups are not rerolled
• 70-89: 50% chance to upgrade
• 90-100: always upgrade

Can only be obtained via Black Lantern.
